Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Accessories (chargers, cables, cases, etc.)

  • Any item damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • After inspection, we will offer a replacement or appropriate solution.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for approved returns.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are provided as cash or store credit, depending on the case.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • A return processing or restocking fee may be deducted, depending on the condition of the item and return circumstances.

  2. Provide photos or videos if requested.

  3. Wait for confirmation before returning the item.
